SATURNO - Coffee table

Saturno is a small compendium of modern art, a coffee table with small stylistic refinements.

The "L" shape recalls modernist architecture. The top is covered with a pre-composed herringbone veneer with two different shades that suggest the eye to move towards the absolute protagonist.

The counter is a visual treadmill, an arrow pointing towards the auxiliary plane generated by a Saturn placed on a virtual domestic horizon.

We paid tribute to the "60s": a rediscovered Space Age Design, yet never asleep.

The wooden supporting structure, hard, has been enhanced in its essence by covering it with a bronze craquelé paint: in the sub-top and in the lateral sides.

The leg is organic and multi-lobed as if to visually suggest the planet's emergence from a subspace until it materializes on the table top.

Mantellassi is also this: fascination, discovery and experimentation.

Never as in this object, we have become children again with the conscience of new men.
