PALACE in Abuja, Nigeria

Palladian style Architecture to be furnished

How can we define this project? Literally a "modern fairy tale": in the middle of the Salone del Mobile in Milan we were contacted by our Nigerian agent for a project as fascinating as it is particular. A wealthy oil and communications entrepreneur of his knowledge intended to furnish the new Holding headquarters in the White House in Washington style: a desire that is not easy to understand or interpret, so amazing that our agent explicitly asked us if we were in able to create that type of furniture...

To better understand the customer's needs, we went immediately to Abuja for an initial briefing, held in the prestigious conference room of the Hotel Transcorp (from which you can see the new AA Oil headquarters).
We proposed to the client a rendering with animation to show our ideas, movie that we had shown to him in the next visit (about 30 days later): a project presented in augmented reality that literally surprised and excited our client.

We have translated his requests into high quality furniture, capable of elevating it to an extremely important status, which fulfilled his will: the immediate approval we received from the customer marked the beginning of a great adventure.

The project was mainly focused on the management part (the President's office, the Board Room, the managers' offices, the Reception). We opted for a completely innovative furnishing proposal, with dream objects and furnishings.

A Palladian-style Palace and the immediate feeling created with the architect who designed it, allowed us to show off all the Mantellassi cabinet-maker culture. Even the finishes of the furnishings, of the highest quality, have marked an important benchmark in the world of furniture in Nigeria.
